THERAPY FOR DEPRESSION

Do you feel stuck and alone?

Maybe you are having difficulty getting out of bed in the morning or perhaps you are experiencing low motivation for work or school. You may be feeling irritable or simply you have no frustration tolerance. Perhaps you’re feeling worthless.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact in many facets of your life:

  • Struggling to stay focused and productive at work or school

  • Avoiding your friends and family

  • Increased conflicts with your partner

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can feel better. You can feel more energy. You can feel hopeful again.  And I can help you get there.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you do (3) things:

  • First, CBT helps you identify triggers to your depression.

  • CBT helps you identify unhelpful thinking patterns that are resulting in your feelings of sadness and hopelessness.

  • CBT also helps you to develop more helpful thought patterns and coping skills so you can feel increased energy and enjoy life again.

I will help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to depression comes from a place of understanding and hope: believing that with support you can transform your mindset and build coping skills to feel joy again.

It’s time to feel happy again!
