Hi, my name is Sharon Greene. I can help. 

I provide therapy online and in person for anxiety and depression using the most effective psychological practices.  With warmth and curiosity, I assist clients in exploring the current reasons for their struggles. Since thoughts are powerful, I help clients to consciously explore ways to transform their mindset to help them reduce their pain and step into their authentic selves to create the lives they want.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other evidenced based practices to assist clients in meeting their goals. My clients walk away from therapy having an improved outlook on life, a sense of confidence in themselves, ability to experience moments of joy and peace and most importantly, with tools they can utilize to maintain their progress.
